The Annual Meeting registration fee is $225.00 and covers all Annual Meeting and Retreat for Administrators sessions and events, including the luncheon on Friday. Please note that this registration fee does not include Pre-Meeting Workshop Fees.
Registration will close at 5:00 p.m. EST on Friday, February 17. The list of attendees provided in meeting materials will contain only the names of individuals who have registered by February 17.
After February 17, registration for Pre-Meeting Workshops and the Annual Meeting may be accomplished on site at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch, beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 15. On-site registration will be assessed an additional fee of $25. To aid in on-site processing, please bring a completed registration form.
If you are unable to complete registration online or do not wish to pay by credit card, you may download and print the hardcopy NAST 2023 Annual Meeting and Retreat for Administrators Registration Form (offered in .pdf format). Complete and mail, email, or fax the form, along with payment, to the NAST National Office at the address indicated on the form in time to be received no later than February 17.
This form is for Annual Meeting and Retreat for Administrators registration only. Hotel reservations must be made directly with the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch by Wednesday, February 22.
