Margaret (Peg) Bailey has enjoyed a long career in compensation and benefits, most recently with a large multinational corporation based in the United States. She was the Director of Benefits for North American operations and responsible for health and welfare, and retirement and savings programs for employees.
Ms. Bailey holds a Bachelor’s degree from St. Mary’s College of Indiana and a graduate degree from the University of New Haven. She also holds an ERISA paralegal certificate from the Philadelphia Institute for Paralegal Studies.
